I often think of Dr. Phil when he says, “Now how’s that working out for you”? Typically when he is posing this phrase to a guest, it is because the individual refuses to change their perspective or action. However, the guest has a desire to get different results.

Take a moment to evaluate why you might not be getting the results you want. Consult with friends or associates who might be able to provide you with valuable feedback. Realize that change is an opportunity for growth. If what you are doing isn’t working, be willing to change.
